I spent over a decade working in the nonprofit sector. Managing donor databases, setting up online giving pages, sitting through way too many software demos. During that time, I watched dozens of organizations choose the wrong donation platform because the “reviews” they read were vendor-owned comparison pages disguised as independent advice.

That's why I started DonationPlatforms.com. Every review on this site is based on my own research: reading documentation, testing signup flows, calculating the real total costs that platforms don't always make obvious, and talking to people who actually use these tools day to day.

Beyond reviews, I write practical guides on topics like tax receipting, payment processing, donor data management, and getting the most out of whichever platform you pick.

I'm not funded by any vendor. No platform pays for placement or a better rating. My opinions are my own.
